Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item to us in its original condition within 30 days, from receipt of the goods.
Arranging a return
We regret that perishable items, such as food and FleaAway cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.
If the product you have purchased is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or for the item to be replaced. Upon safe return of the item, you will be refunded for the product and any applicable postal charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility and at your expense.
To return your item
1. Please enclose the delivery note, including your name and order number with the returned item(s). Tape the box securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
2. Send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier, such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery. This will be at your expense. We cannot be responsible for lost returns, so please ensure you retain proof of postage.

Our returns policy does not apply to:
Donations made to RSPCA, including any RSPCA Charity Gifts cards purchased.
