Delivery information

UK Standard Delivery

Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public holidays), and should arrive within 3-5 working days from placing your order. If you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe, please contact our customer services team.

  • *UK Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) £4.50 for orders under £50.
  • Delivery is *FREE when you spend £50 or more.
  • £7.00 delivery charge applies to cat litter due to the weight of this item, plus any additional standard delivery charge. (Please note, free shipping over £50 does not apply).
  • £3.50 delivery charge applies to RSPCA FleaAway products, plus any additional standard delivery charge, as this ships from another warehouse.

Please note, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands are not part of the UK.

Express Delivery

  • **Express delivery (2 to 3 working days) £7.00.

Remote Postcodes Delivery

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, but some postcodes cost us significantly more to ship to. Therefore standard delivery for addresses in Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes listed), are charged as below.

  • *Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) £7.00 for orders of all values.
  • **Express delivery not available.

Scottish Highlands & Islands Postcodes:

  • Scottish Islands: HS1-HS9, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, All ZE.
  • Scottish Highlands: AB35-AB38, FK18-FK21, All HS, All IV, All KW, PA21-PA38 & PA80, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH41 and PH50.

Certain geographical locations and carrier availability can restrict our service and may be subject to an additional one to two days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries caused by the fault of the courier, and we will not offer any compensation.

International Deliveries 

We regret that we are currently unable to ship internationally, inlcuding to Ireland, the EU, and the Channel Islands due to complex customs regulations.

Order fulfilment

The majority of our orders are fulfilled from our warehouse, Linney. Please note that any tracking information may list the sender as J&W Linney Ltd.

Gift hampers are delivered directly by our supplier, Spicers of Hythe. The shipping cost of £9 has been included in the product price. 

RSPCA FleaAway products are delivered by Covetrus.

Therefore dependent on your order, your order may be delivered by different warehouses and arrive at different times.

Delivery Carriers

If you provide an email address when placing your order, you will be sent the tracking number when shipped. Please use this to track your delivery, or if you will not be available to receive the delivery, to set alternative delivery options, such as changing the date of delivery, delivering to a safe place or a Parcel Shop. Couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse. If the parcel is still required, a redellivery charge may apply.

Smaller sized parcels are delivered by EVRI or Royal Mail (FleaAway only). 

Heavier or larger sized parcels are sent via couriers ParcelForce. 

Gifts hampers are delivered by DPD, and are delivered within one working day of being ordered (before 12 noon). Hampers must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be home, or rearrange delivery using the tracking number provided when shipped. All hampers/gifts that contain alcohol will require the recipient to provide ID to verify their age at the point of delivery. Delivery is only possible to a ground floor location.
