We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item to us in its original condition within 14 days, from receipt of the goods.

UK Standard delivery (arrives within 3-5 working days from receipt of order) 

• Standard Delivery is FREE when you spend £50 or above (exceptions apply)
• £4.50 for orders under £50 *
• Express delivery option £7.00
• Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public holidays)

• Please note, free shipping doesn't apply on orders of cat litter due to the weight of these items, shipping for these is £7, plus any standard delivery charge
